The Hyundai Equus Limousine Security by ArmorTech is powered by a large 5.0 liter Tau V8 engine which is developing a total output of 430 horsepower (429 PS / 316 kW) at 6,400 rpm and it has a peak torque of 509 Nm, available at 5,000 rpm. The unit is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission which is sending power to the rear-wheel drive. More details on the Hyundai Equus Limousine Security will be announced between the 31st of August and the 9th of September in Russia, when the model will be officially presented to the public during the Moscow Motor Show.

The Equus engineers had the enviable task of setting a new design standard for an entire line of vehicles. Starting with the distinctive front grille, deliberate lines continue from the hood through the body to show off the staggered-width 19-inch chrome wheels.
