Initial visit was for service (oil change/tire rotation). Next day I noticed car was leaking oil. Immediately notified Hyundai and brought car back for inspection. Apparently, service technician used/install different size drain plug which caused oil leak. While waiting for service/repairs, I viewed the new vehicles and decided on purchasing the 2013 Sonata. Sale Rep Mr. Don Little did an excellent job explaining and processing the paperwork, making my car-buying experience great.

Very informative and knowledgeable about the product. Excellent customer service and attention to details. Very friendly and great Latte at the Hyundai dealership ! Thanks for all your attention.
